If you look closely you will see that this mountain resembles the head of an elephant. You will not lack luxury and comfort, this house is very stylishly decorated with use of modern design. The house has a lovely private pool and plenty of privacy on the terrace, where you can seek out the sun or shade.LAYOUT VILLA MONTGOVilla Montgo is suitable for six people and is entirely on one floor. The cozy living room has air conditioning, television, dining area and sitting area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 5-burner hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and filter and krups coffee maker. The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200 cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a double bed (150 x 200). Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. In the entire house is wifi and air conditioning available and a washing machine.THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA MONTGOThe outdoors of Villa Montgo is perfect. This beautiful villa gets its name from the phenomenal views of the Montgo Mountains. Villa Montgo has a lovely private pool (8 x 4m - 2m depth) surrounded by sunbeds where you can enjoy the hot summer days. In addition, you have a lovely lounge set (with a pergola shown on some of the newer pictures) and dining table outside where you can dine.DISTANCESSandy beach 12 km (Cala del Portixol), supermarket 7,6 km (Mercadona), supermarket 6,7 km (Masymas), restaurants 2,7 km, Valencia airport 121 km, Alicante airport 97,6 km.PRACTICAL INFORMATIONDETAILS:- Minimum stay of 7 nights.- In the period of July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months arrival and departure are possible on any day ofthe week. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.WINTER RENTALVilla Montgo is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for gas are €75 per week. These costs are paid in advance when booking. In the period November to March the rental amount is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee.
