The modern decor creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere, a place where you're able to unwind completely. With its large balcony you have a magnificent view over the blue sea. There is a communal swimming pool, but you can also take a dip in the fine Spanish sea water. The beach is within walking distance of Apartment Bahia Blanca.LAYOUT APARTMENT BAHIA BLANCAApartment Bahia Blanca is located on the 2nd floor and has beautiful lighting through the large windows. You park your car in your own place in the parking garage and you feel right at home when you enter here. The spacious living room is air-conditioned and has a sitting area, dining area, smart TV with NLZiet (Dutch channels) and you can stream. From here you can walk straight on to the spacious terrace.The open kitchen has a freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combination microwave, wine climate cabinet and kettle. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double bed and air conditioning. The two bathrooms are both equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is an elevator available in the apartment complex.OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT BAHIA BLANCAThe apartment has a spacious balcony with a dining table and sitting area. From here you have a dazzling view over the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean Sea. On the balcony you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the coast of Altea. There is also a communal swimming pool. From the building you can easily walk to the beach Platja del Cap Negret. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.Stay in the winter monthsApartment Bahia Blanca is suitable for a stay in the winter. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The apartment is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 35 per week, which you must pay in advance when booking. In the period November to March the rent is € 1820 per 4 weeks, if you book for 2 weeks the rent is € 1050 per 2 weeks. If you book a week in which Christmas and/or New Year's Eve fall, the rental price is € 600 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
