VILLA ROSE I HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCAThis lovely holiday home with sea views is located in the sun-drenched south of Lanzarote. Villa Rose I is perfect for families. There is a private heated pool, whirlpool and several terraces with nice sitting and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee.Located in a quiet villa neighbourhood in the resort of Playa Blanca a short distance from the most beautiful beaches, shops and excellent restaurants. A small supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Playa Flamingo beach is about a 10-minute walk away and Playa Blanca town centre a 20-minute walk. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful white-sand beach 200 m long. It is ideal for the little ones in the family, due to its calm waters and gently sloping beach. Sunbeds and parasols are available for rent on the beach.Travelling with a larger party? Villa Rose II is located next to Villa Rose I and has the same facilities.LAYOUT OF VILLA ROSE IThe villa consists of two floors. You enter on the ground floor with a spacious hall and separate toilet with sink. The living room with dining area is bright and spacious, including a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of utensils. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, bidet, double sink and a shower in a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.Down the stairs in the hall you reach the basement with two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds. The family bathroom has a double sink, toilet, separate shower and bath. A separate room has another seating area and pool table. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, as well as air conditioning. There is also a washing machine.THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ROSE IFrom the ground floor, a small staircase (2 steps) leads to the barbecue with adjacent terrace. From the basement you can reach the swimming pool and whirlpool via a door via an outside staircase. Villa Rose I has several terraces with several nice sitting and lounge areas.
